Look at the ingredients

A good meal 

Last Friday, I made a good supper to sooth our tired souls. Most of the food was organic and good for the brain. It included a salad with shredded carrots, a red sweet pepper, home-made dressing and organic soup.  The sandwich was made with gluten-free bread, organic cheese and sprouts.
