Squash, stir-fry chicken, lettuce salad.

Fall is the perfect time for squash. I like buttercup the best. It is smooth and tastes very good with a bit of real unsalted butter, but you know, it even tastes good all by itself.  We also had stir-fry chicken. The chicken was pretty expensive because it was organic. But most people eat too much meat anyway. Here is what the Nutritiondata.com website said about squash:
